Self-Reflection & Community Perspective Videos
Overview: In Residence Life, there can be moments where staff may not understand the community that they serve. Here below, staff will reflect upon the community and learn some of the concerns that the community is challenged with. There are 3 sections: mental health, culture and identity, and sense of belonging.
Learning Outcome: With completing this unit, Resident Assistants will learn how to grow as individuals and to build the confidence we work to train one another on perspectives and community awareness.
