Unit 1: Creating Community Standards and Expectations
Overview: Learn how you engage in your community with the intent to be true and authentic in the process of doing so.
Reflection: As you read and review content related to your role, do not rush through the information. Take your time and think about how you would like to be as an RA.
Activity: Unit 1: Learning The RA Role Quiz
As an RA, you will have to oversee programming activities, resident and community concerns, as well as housing administrative tasks. When reading about your community, consider the expectations you would like to establish for your specific community.
