HAPPENING NOW: The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) launches its Padyak Para sa Flexible Learning for Mid La Union Campus (MLUC) students, as part of the commission's Massive Advocacy Campaign for COVID-19 Vaccination and Ceremonial Vaccination for Tertiary Students of Region I, November 9 at DMMMSU-MLUC Covered Court.
Armed with wit and mettle, Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) students of the Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University – Mid La Union Campus (DMMMSU-MLUC) raised their banner high in this year’s Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers – Council of Student Chapters (IIEE-CSC) Regional Student Press Conference (RSCON) held last October 14-28, 2021.
With the theme “Transcending the Challenges in the New Normal by Embracing Resiliency and Complementarity”, BSEE students represented DMMMSU in battles of skill, intellect, and calculation wherein they bested their peers from different institutions.

Led by Joshua Milanes (4th year) with members Marc Abella (4th year), Dave Ian Andrew Valdez (4th Year), Melanie Jane Cortez (4th Year), and Renadel Luh Licuanan (3rd year), coached by Engr. Ryan John E. Rivera, and Engr. Alliver B. Sapitula, DMMMSU secured first runner-up against the different Northern Luzon Schools with University of Saint Louis-Tuguegarao (USL) taking highest honors.
The team’s win books the right to participate in the National Quiz Show to be conducted February next year.
