STUDENT HOUSING

The Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University is committed in bringing excellent and quality service to its stakeholders most especially to its students who would like to enjoy affordable accommodation in the University.

The Student Housing Unit welcomes you to be a part of his family, securing you with the highest quality of dormitory environment, supportive staff- housing in-charge and dorm master and other personnel who are committed to provide you a home away from home with a positive and well-disciplinary living experience. It caters both the male and female students who intend to stay in the dormitories while pursuing his/her university degree.

The Dormitories are equipped with the following facilities:

1. Water

2. Electricity

3. Rooms with Toilet and Bath/Shower

4. Study Area

5. Receiving Area

6. Dining/Kitchen Area

7. Laundry Area

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Only bonafide male/female students of the university are encouraged to apply for a bed space in the campus dormitories. Application is all year round. However, it will only be evaluated as soon as a slot is available. First come, first serve basis is observed.

Each applicant should submit the following documents to the Housing/Dormitory Manager/In-charge:

1. One (1) copy of Dormitory Application Form/Contract Form

2. Photocopy of Assessment Form/Enrolment Form for the current semester

3. Photocopy of Medical Clearance from the Campus Clinic

4. Photocopy of Certificate of Good Moral from the last school attended or respective college

5. Consent Letter/Waiver from parents/guardians

6. One (1) piece 2”x 2” ID picture with white background and name tag

7. One (1) piece long folder (brown)

8. Two (2) pieces 5”x 8” index card

FEES AND PAYMENTS

The amount paid for the accommodation is inclusive of water and electricity. However, only three (3) electrical appliance/gadgets are allowed to be brought in the dorm upon the approval of the Housing/Dormitory Manager/In-charge. Additional charges will be collected for additional appliance/gadget.

1. The payment of dormitory fee to the cashier is as follows:

Per month: Php 1,100.00

Additional Fee

Safety Deposit: Php 2,000.00

2. Dormitory payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.

If you need some assistance with your board and lodging near the campus, we are happy to assist you. We offer our in-campus dormitories and hostel, as well as guide you in getting a good boarding houses nearby.
