Starting 2nd Semester, School Year 2020-2021, students are now encourage to use the latest FHE Form. In order for your application to be processed, you should ensure that the form is duly accomplished and signed by you and your parent or guardian.
Drop boxes are placed at the MLUC Guard House for this purpose. Make sure to capture your FHE Form before submitting it in our Drop Boxes. You will upload the captured image in the Online Registration System during the enrolment for 2nd Semester, School Year 2020-2021.
