Tracy Leszcynski - Director

Tracy Leszcynski is excited to hold the role of director at St. Stephens. She comes to our school with 26 years of experience as a church preschool director after receiving her degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education at East Stroudsburg University. She is passionate about creating a loving, nurturing, Christian environment where children can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. She is excited to work with the dedicated staff at St. Stephen's to ensure the absolute best preschool experience for all the students and families. Tracy was born and raised by the Jersey shore, and moved to PA after meeting her husband, Mike, at ESU. She has four children Mikala, Michael, Kelly, and Karly. She enjoys spending time with her family, going on walks with her 4 dogs, doing puzzles, watching her children play sports, and going to the beach.
