1. How do I delete my account and erase my data?
We make account deletion quick and secure:
Open the App and tap the Gear icon (Settings) in the top right corner.
Scroll to the Account Details section.
Tap Delete Account (marked in red).
Review the confirmation alert and tap Delete Permanently. This action is immediate, permanent, and will delete all your records, logs, and account data.
2. Why does the App request Camera and GPS permissions?
Camera Permission: Used solely to take progress photos of site works or materials tests to attach directly to site logs.
GPS Permission: Used to record exact coordinates as QA/QC evidence when you log concrete tests, soil compactions, or site diaries.
3. How do I export and share my lab tests and daily logs as PDF?
Enter your test data on the Inputs tab of any test module and tap Calculate.
Go to the Results or Save & Export tab.
Tap Generate PDF to preview the clean letterhead document.
Tap Share PDF to send it instantly via email, WhatsApp, Slack, or print it.
4. I purchased a subscription but premium features are locked. How do I restore my purchase?
Open the App and tap Upgrade or go to the Subscription screen.
Tap the Restore Purchases link at the bottom of the screen.
The App will reconnect to Apple App Store / Google Play and restore your license.
If you notice any calculation mismatch under ASTM, AASHTO, BS, or IS standards, please email us with:
The name of the test module.
The inputs you entered.
The expected result vs. the calculated result in the App. Our engineering team will review the calculation engine and push a hotfix immediately.
