It is also important to know that any exercise can be modified to fit all fitness & mobility levels!
Equipment Used
I will bring a variety of bands, handweights, & kettlebells. We can also use whatever equipment you may want to bring or what is available. Additionally, body weight exercises will be utilized extensively.
