Hi, I’m Rose DiLuzio. I’ve worked as a personal trainer for over 15 years, focused on mitigating pain, preventing injuries, and rehab after injuries and surgeries. For me, strength training has been a consistent strategy to support my physical and mental health and avoid injuries for almost 30 yrs. It is something we can all do to feel and be able to show up better in life. I know it is overwhelming to sift through all the information available online about strength training, building & maintaining muscle. I can help.
