I have 22 years of customer service experience.
Between unpaid and paid opportunities, I have 9 years of library experience.
I have led 120+ library programs, many of which I was fully and solely responsible for planning, organizing, and leading.
I have created or contributed to 14 resource guides which connect people with helpful information.
I received an MLS from NC Central in 2020 and concentrated much of my coursework on information literacy, digital literacy, and user experience as I am particularly passionate about those topics.
I received a Bachelor's in English with a concentration in Professional Writing from UNCW in 2017 and concentrated much of my coursework on editing.
