The Situational Skillsets Series is designed to train and prepare student leaders for any and all leadership roles they hold. A five-part series, the Situational Skillsets Series can be packaged as individual workshops or an ongoing series of workshops.

In this training, participants will engage in conversations and activities that better equip them to navigate implicit bias. Through self-reflection, critical analysis and group conversations, students will be equipped to navigate and confront implicit bias they encounter directly or as a bystandar.
