The pricing below reflect the starting fees for professionals and groups interested in requesting services. Professionals are encouraged to discuss further with Tonja Robinson during the initial appointment session.

CONSULTATION APPOINTMENTS:  

Initial Appointments:

• Intake Appointments: for potential clients to make an initial introduction, learn more about the services of interest Strat Innovations provides and provide some background information for what their needs are. $35 charge for Intake Appointments scheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time. $35 missed appointment fee.

• Initial Consultation Appointments: for new clients who have completed an intake appointment and have decided to engage the support of Strat Innovations. This appointment will cover summarizing client needs, reviewing potential supports, and crafting a payment schedule and/or contract. $60 charge for Initial Consultation Appointments. $45 missed appointment fee.

Returning Client Appointments:

• For returning clients who have worked with Tonja Robinson before and are looking for ongoing support with any of the individual services Strat Innovations provides. $80 charge for Returning Client Appointments. $50 missed appointment fee.

ACE Appointments:

• For returning clients who have worked with Tonja Robinson before and are looking for ongoing support with any of the individual ACE services Strat Innovations provides. $95 charge for Returning Client Appointments. $60 missed appointment fee.

WORKSHOPS AND TRAININGS:

Workshop/Training Contracts:

• All contracts for training sessions, workshops, facilitations, etc., will include the costs of labor, materials, travel, meals and on-site prep as applicable.

• Starting rate for Online Services is $200. Price may increase for services that go beyond a 2-hour time frame and/or require customizations that require a significant increase in amount of labor.

• Starting rate for Online ACE Services is $300. Price may increase for serevices that go beyond a 2-hour time frame and/or require customizations that require a significant increase in amount of labor.

• Contracts for all In-Person Services will be drawn up with a mutally agreed upon price that includes the costs of labor and materials, travel, meals, and on-site prep.
