Tonja Robinson, founder of Strat Innovations Consulting, has had a passion for helping others her whole life. As an educator, mentor, advisor, coach, and higher education administrator, she has wielded skills to help others find their way through their circumstances, obstacles, and setbacks to achieve their goals and dreams. She considers herself a hands-on helper, as her professional career has consisted of roles that support and advocate for others, train and develop leaders, and center equity, advocacy and inclusion.

As someone who has greatly benefited from the advisors, mentors and supporters in her own life, Tonja’s life goal is to pay it forward, supporting others in the ways that she knows how — with dedication, diligence, and a care for others that shows up in everything she does. Having spent a decade doing this work in higher education, she has now expanded her reach through independent consulting.

Through Strat Innovations Consulting, Tonja hopes to use her gifts of foresight and empathy to help others navigate and change the world. SIC focuses in on the three pillars of her strengths: Strategic Planning, Advocacy, Community and Equity (ACE) Work, and Program Management. She connects with her clients to understand their needs and brings her absolute best to exceed them. Offering a full slate of options for both individuals and groups, Tonja provides a multitude of avenues that include her skill sets around problem solving, coaching, critical analysis, and empathy.
