The Retirement "Fairland Village"

Back in the 80s our Congregation started up the "St. Paul's Lutheran Charitable Foundation" and has built up the trading "Fairland Retirement Village" next door for people to retire at. It comprises of a Frail Care Centre (of about 24 beds) and 36 cottages which are sold on "Sectional Title". The Frail Care (supported with Solar Power) and about 20 of these cottages are still owned by the Foundation and their Cottages are still contracted under "Life right" as before. The Fairland Retirement Village is a Hybrid Scheme run by a Body Corporate and it appointed the Foundation to carry out its duties.Â
