We are a confessional and liturgical congregation of the Free Evangelical Lutheran Synod In South Africa (FELSISA, https://felsisa.org.za/ ), the oldest independent Lutheran Church Body in South Africa (Constituted in 1892). Our Synod is also a long standing member of the International Lutheran Council (ILC, https://ilcouncil.org/ ).
Our Congregation in Johannesburg was founded in 1950 and in the 70s relocated to the current region of Fairland, Johannesburg. We are proud to say that our congregation resembles the demographic of South Africa. It still has German Services, while thriving in the English Service. Hi there, if you want to know a bit about our church, well I can assure you that the sermons, with the help of the God, will be centred on the cross of Jesus Christ. Since Jesus Christ is our saviour. Jesus has died for us sinners so that we can have His forgiveness. That's what you can call "pure grace"! Hallelujah! (Yes, Jesus is risen!)
