Privacy Policy for Kids Draw & Color
Last updated: September 22, 2026
Kids Draw & Color ("the Application", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by WilyAps, is committed to providing a fun, creative, and safe environment for children and families. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you and your children use our mobile application (Package Name: com.wilyaps.KidsDrawandColor).
1. Children's Privacy & COPPA Compliance
Protecting the privacy of young children is of paramount importance to us. Our Application is designed for family and children's use and strictly complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families Policy:
We do not knowingly collect, store, or require any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from children under the age of 13.
We do not require account registration, login credentials, email addresses, names, phone numbers, or social media logins to use any feature of the Application.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
When using Kids Draw & Color:
No Personal Data: We do not collect names, dates of birth, addresses, audio recordings, camera photos, or contact information.
No Precise Location: We do not access, track, or record GPS or precise geographic location data.
No Advertising Identifier (AAID): The Android Advertising ID permission (AD_ID) has been explicitly disabled and removed from our application manifest to guarantee that children cannot be tracked across apps or devices.
3. Local Data Storage & Drawings
All artwork, drawings, colorings, and custom palettes created within the Application are stored locally on your device.
Drawings are not uploaded to our servers or shared with any third party unless a parent or user explicitly uses the device's native system share sheet to send an image (e.g., via email or messaging app).
You can delete your saved drawings at any time from within the in-app Gallery or by clearing the app's local storage in your device settings.
4. Advertising & Third-Party Service Providers
Kids Draw & Color uses Google Mobile Ads (Google AdMob) to display non-intrusive advertisements:
Child-Directed Treatment: Our AdMob integration is strictly configured with the tagForChildDirectedTreatment = true flag and restricted to a maximum rating of G (MAX_AD_CONTENT_RATING_G).
Non-Personalized Ads Only: Advertisements served within the Application are contextual (based on the content of the app) rather than behavioral. No personal data, browsing history, or behavioral profiles are collected, tracked, or used for ad targeting.
Certified Families Ad Networks: We only utilize ad networks and mediation partners certified under Google Play's Designed for Families program.
For more information on Google's privacy practices, please visit Google's Privacy & Terms and Google AdMob Policies.
5. App Permissions Explained
INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required solely to load child-safe, contextual advertisements from Google AdMob and check network connectivity.
VIBRATE: Used to provide gentle, tactile feedback (haptics) when tapping drawing tools, stamps, and color palettes.
6. Parental Rights
Under COPPA and applicable child privacy regulations, parents and legal guardians have the right to:
Inquire about the types of information handled by the app.
Refuse any further collection or use of information.
Request the immediate deletion of any information inadvertently collected.
Because our application does not collect or transmit personal user data to any external server, no personal data is retained in our systems.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage parents and guardians to review this policy periodically.
