2. Information We Do NOT Collect
Kawaii Color is designed as a standalone digital coloring app that respects user privacy:
No User Account Required: You do not need to register, create an account, or log in.
No Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect or request your name, physical address, email address, phone number, contacts, or financial details.
Local Progress Storage: All your completed coloring pages, drawings, undo states, and ongoing artwork are saved locally on your device storage. We do not transmit or store your personal drawings on remote cloud servers.
3. Automatically Collected Information & Third-Party Advertising
While we do not collect personal information directly, our App integrates certified third-party software development kits (SDKs) to provide core application features and monetization:
A. Google Play Services
Used to maintain application integrity, handle system-level crash diagnostics, and support platform services.

B. Google AdMob
We display advertisements (such as banner ads, interstitial transitions, and optional rewarded bonus video ads) provided by Google AdMob. To serve relevant ads and measure ad performance, the AdMob SDK may automatically collect and process:
Pseudonymous device identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID / GAID)
IP address (used for approximate coarse location and fraud prevention)
Device model, operating system version, carrier, and screen dimensions
App interaction, diagnostic, and ad performance metrics

4. Age Targeting & Children's Privacy (Target Audience: 13+)
Kawaii Color is designed and marketed for general audiences, specifically users aged 13 and older (teens and adults).
COPPA Compliance: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
Ad Compliance: In compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies, our advertising SDK is configured with non-child-directed treatment tags (TAG_FOR_CHILD_DIRECTED_TREATMENT_FALSE), and ad content is filtered to adhere to standard general audience / Teen ratings (MAX_AD_CONTENT_RATING_T).

5. Device Permissions & Usage
Kawaii Color requests only minimal permissions necessary to operate:
INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to load advertisements (banners, interstitials, and rewarded video ads) via Google AdMob and verify internet connectivity.
System Photo / Media Picker: Used only when you voluntarily export or save your finished artwork directly to your device photo gallery. The App does not scan, read, or inspect your existing photos or private device storage.
6. Managing & Opting Out of Personalized Advertising
You have control over how interest-based ads are delivered on your Android device:
Open your device Settings.
Go to Google > Ads (or Privacy > Ads depending on your Android version).
Select "Reset advertising ID" or "Delete advertising ID" to disconnect your device history from interest-based ad profiles.

7. Data Security
We prioritize data security. Because Kawaii Color operates without external user accounts or remote user databases, your private artwork stays on your device. Network communication for advertisements and Google Play Services utilizes industry-standard encrypted HTTPS/TLS protocols.

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect updates in our app functionality, legal standards, or Google Play policies. Any changes will be posted with an updated "Effective Date." We encourage you to review this policy from time to time.
