Welcome to Fairy Magic ("Application"), developed by WilyAps ("we", "us", or "our").

Privacy Policy outlines how information is collected, used, and safeguarded when you
use our Android application.
2. Target Audience & Age Restrictions
Fairy Magic is designed and intended for users aged 13 and older (Teen and general
audiences). The Application does not knowingly collect or solicit personal
information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided
personal information to us, please contact us at wilyaps@gmail.com, and we will
promptly delete such information.
3. Information We Collect
We do not require user account registration, passwords, names, or email addresses
to use any core features of the Application.
a. Technical Information Collected Automatically:
Certain non-personally identifiable technical information may be collected by
third-party services (such as Google Mobile Ads / AdMob):
- Device brand, model, and Android OS version.
- Internet Protocol (IP) address for general geographic location (country/city level).
- Google Advertising ID (GAID) for ad serving and frequency capping.
- App performance, interaction metrics, and crash telemetry.
b. User Artworks and Local Storage:
All drawings, color fills, and saved artworks are stored strictly locally on your
device in private app storage. We do not upload your artwork to external servers.
When you choose to share your art, the image is passed directly to the target app
(e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, Email) via Android's secure FileProvider.
4. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Application displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process
device identifiers and general location data to serve advertisements in compliance with
Google's policies for users aged 13+.

Opting Out of Personalized Advertising:
You can reset or opt out of interest-based ads anytime via your Android device:
Settings > Google > Ads (or Privacy > Ads) > Tap "Delete advertising ID" or
"Reset advertising ID".
5. Permissions Requested
- android.permission.INTERNET: Required to load advertisements from Google AdMob
and check online availability.
- android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used to verify connectivity status before
requesting ads.
- com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID: Standard Google Play Services permission
for ad serving to users aged 13+.
The Application does NOT request sensitive permissions such as location (GPS), camera,
microphone, contacts, or external storage read/write permissions.
6. Data Security
We implement standard industry security practices. Because all user-authored creations
are stored locally on your device, you retain complete physical control over your files.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any revisions will be reflected with
an updated "Last Updated" date.
