Shepherd's Transformation Mansions Communities, and to request funding for our mission to provide mixed-use and income scattered walkable, safe and accessible to transportation, onsite optional transformation, self-sustainability, wraparound trauma-informed, supportive services. Our goal is to contribute to healthier living environments and economic equality that builds generational wealth.

At Shepherd's Transformation Mansions Communities, we are committed to providing essential services to those in need. Our unique approach to mixed-use development promotes community participation, economic growth, and sustainable living. We understand that the most significant barriers to transitioning out of poverty include access to affordable housing, education, and job opportunities. Therefore, our focus is on creating vibrant communities that offer these essential resources and more.

Our project aims to provide different housing styles to meet the unique needs of all community members, including those who have experienced homelessness. Shepherd's Transformation Mansions Communities will provide a continuum of care in supportive and transformative housing, which also includes services like financial coaching, life skills training, and health and wellness support.

Our approach to community development is trauma-informed, meaning that we take into consideration the impact that trauma has on mental health and overall wellbeing. We have enlisted experts to provide supportive resources to aid our clients in their healing journey while creating social platforms that build sense of hope and dignity.

We are requesting funds to finance our Shepherd's Transformation Mansions Communities project, which will benefit many people in the community. Our goal is to create a sustainable housing system that provides economic stability while increasing the overall wellbeing of those we serve. Your support is crucial to making this possible and advancing our mission to build generational wealth.

Donor Profile 

Management expects that the average single donor to the Shepherd's Transformation Mansions Communities will be a middle aged upper middle income earning individual that wants to give back to the community. Management will aggressively seek to create awareness about the Shepherd's Transformation Mansions Communities programs within the northeastern part of the United States.

Demographics among individual donors include, but are not limited to:

•  Male or Female

•  Aged 35+

•  Annual household income exceeding $75,000

•  Actively supports charitable causes on a regular basis

Additionally, the Shepherd's Transformation Mansions Communities expects that it will achieve donations from corporate and large foundation sponsors that are seeking to expand their portfolio of charitable works. One of the keys to achieving the Shepherd's Transformation Mansions Communities goal is to develop strong relationships with corporate benefactors.

Fundraising Events

• Fundraising Events: STMC will organize fundraising events throughout the year to engage the community and generate financial support. These events can include benefit

• and community outreach programs. 

The proceeds from these events will be used to supplement operating expenses and support the organization's programs.
