Tara has been a member of the SLFSC since the age of 10 and has been coaching skaters in the North Country since the late 1980's. Tara is a Double Gold Medalist in Ice Dance and achieved Novice Freestyle, Junior Moves, 5th Figure, and Junior Free Dance. Tara has a Masters of Education in Counseling and Human Development from SLU. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from SUNY Potsdam.

Karen has been a member of the SLFSC since the age of 9 and has over 40 years of coaching experience. She has been a Power Skating specialist for hockey players since 1977. Karen is avaiable to coach Learn to Skate, Free Skate, as well as Junior and Senior skaters.

I have been figure skating for 16 years and have been skating with the St. Lawrence Figure Skating Club for 4 years now with this being my first year coaching. I am a triple Gold Medalist in Ice Dance, Moves in the Field, and Free Dance and am working on my Novice Freestyle. I am also currently attending St. Lawrence University as a Biomedical Sciences major on the Pre-PA track.

Elizabeth has been a member of the SLFSC since she began skating at the Snowplow Sam level. She has spent numerous hours volunteering as a Skate Aide for the SLFSC. Elizabeth is currently attending St. Lawrence University and is eager to be back on the ice as a coach!

Morgan has been skating for the past 16 1/2 years. She has earned four USFS Gold Medals including Skating Skills, Dance, Solo Free dance and Free Skate. She has also earned two Canadian Gold medals in Skating Skills and Dance. Morgan has also been successful in six International Dances. She has been under mentorship with Sherry Robins as well as a Junior Coach for the Learn to Skate program in Watertown. The last two seasons Morgan has coached private lessons to both Learn to Skate and Junior/Senior level skaters. Morgan is looking forward to joining the SLFSC Coaching Staff!
Stella has been figure skating since she was eight years old and coaching Learn to Skate lessons since she was 15. Stella has a Bronze medal from Nationals. Most of Stella's favorite memories take place inside an ice rink. Stella is a Freshman at St. Lawrence University and cannot wait for the year ahead!

Chelsea has been figure skating for the past 19 years. She skated on a synchronized skating team for 9 years on Long Island where she was team captain for her last two years. Chelsea graudated from SUNY Potsdam in May 2023 with her BFA in Art Education. She is currently in her second year of teaching Middle School Art and is excited to be back on the ice coaching Learn to Skate.
