List of Gatineau Park Fun Trail Runs off the beaten path

NOTE: at your own risk - 7km/hr is a good clip for these runs as they have sections technical single track

  • Wolf to Firetower along the Eardley Escarpment (20.3km 800m D+ single track technical with non-technical on way back) Gaia

  • Luskville Falls to Yellow box (21.1km 900m D+ single track technical) Gaia

  • Wolf to Firetower along the escarpment, then trail #10 to Lac Philippe and back to O'Brien along 50 and 36 (37.4km 1000m D+) Gaia

  • P8 along single track to Carbide Wilson Ruins to Camp Fortune, along Skyline and down Penguin (21.1km 550m D+) Gaia

Wolf Trail to Firetower along the Eardley Escarpment (20.3km loop)

The first time I tried to run this trail with Peter we got "temporarily misplaced" and ended up bushwacking out in a straight-ish line towards trail #1. We ended up right at McKinstry Lodge and saw the roof before we even saw trail 1!
