The Primary Maths program focuses on building a strong understanding of each concept, taught step-by-step, and catered to individual learning paces.

Maths (1 Hour per week):

Our program aligns with the Australian Curriculum for Mathematics, focusing on building a deep understanding of each topic:

Number and Algebra:

• • Number and place value (including whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and percentages)

  • Addition and subtraction

  • Multiplication and division

  • Fractions and decimals

  • Patterns and algebra

Measurement and Geometry:

• • Using units of measurement  (length, area, volume, mass, time)  

  • Shapes (2D and 3D shapes)

  • Location and transformation (position, direction, and movement)

Statistics and Probability:

• • Chance (probability)

  • Data representation and interpretation

Flexible Learning Levels: Unlike traditional schooling, our program allows children to progress at their own pace. If a child demonstrates advanced understanding, they can move to a higher level. Conversely, if a child requires additional support, they can work at a foundational level group until they have mastered the necessary skills. This personalised approach ensures every child receives the support they need to succeed.
