After 12.5 years of working in a large tutoring academy and a primary school in Sydney’s South, I made the exciting decision to branch out and open my own tutoring centre - Step-By-Step Tutoring Moorebank. Teaching classes from Pre-Kindy to Year 6 gave me invaluable experience, but I always knew that small group tutoring was where I could make the biggest impact. My passion lies in ensuring that each child gets the attention they deserve, and I am committed to making learning engaging, hands-on, and fun!

At Step-By-Step Tutoring Moorebank, my focus is on small-group instruction that allows for personalised support. I specialise in teaching children as young as three years old how to read using phonics-based methods, emphasising the importance of sounds and blending. By incorporating multisensory activities, I create an immersive learning experience that makes literacy both accessible and enjoyable for young learners. I love exploring how the brain processes information, how understanding develops, and how retention in memory works. This knowledge shapes my teaching approach every day.

The tutoring centre is part of Step-By-Step Music Studio, located at 24 Burton Avenue, Moorebank 2170. When they offered me the opportunity to join them, I knew it was the perfect fit. The bright, sunny, and quiet space has been transformed into a dedicated learning environment where children can thrive. With a focus on engagement and structured learning, this space is designed to foster academic success while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
