The project’s primary challenge was the high density of information required on the Home Page. By applying the Empathize phase of the Google UX framework, I isolated critical user pain points: frustration with complex purchasing paths and a lack of visual hierarchy.
Methodology: User Personas and Journey Mapping were used to identify the "Happy Path."
Strategic Goal: To transform a chaotic database into a fluid, intuitive decision-making flow.
The user research was conducted on a significant and representative sample of gamers and enthusiasts of video games, comics, role-playing games, and technology lovers aged between 15 and 50.
Through on line video interviews based on open and inclusive questions on only data of interest to the Brand.
Through the User Journey Map, I analyzed every single touchpoint, identifying moments of frustration and turning them into design opportunities.
This step was crucial in moving from the "dust" of raw data to the actual structure of the project.
There are two basic types of storyboard:
Big Pictures or Close Up.
The big picture storyboard allows us to understand the user's emotions.
Our primary user persona is Livio, he has little time to select games and has a favorite genre, the app helps him find the game and buy it for his console.
The close up storyboard helps us understand the tasks the user will perform to achieve his goal.
The focus is on the product and the user flow and the main actions they need to do.
Sketches made on paper are instinctive and allow the designer to concentrate more on the goals.
Wireframes are drafts that show the structure of an app, they help define layout and functionality. In this case we created 5 models from which we extracted the most significant parts for the user and developed the main wireframe for the App and the Website.
Once the logical structure was validated, I moved to digital wireframes to define the interface's "skeleton" without visual distractions, ensuring the information hierarchy remained solid.
Before any aesthetic intervention, I focused on the logical Structure, Lo-Fi wireframes were utilized as a governance tool to define the information hierarchy without the distraction of color or imagery.
Focus: Core element placement and responsive navigation (Mobile/Web).
Managerial Advantage: This phase allowed for the validation of the structural logic, optimizing strategic review times.
The transition to High-Fidelity prototypes represents the phase of technical execution and brand authority. Here, design serves as a driver for accessibility and conversion.
Refining: Integration of feedback from usability studies to eliminate remaining friction points.
Quality Standard: Application of accessibility benchmarks to ensure the product is inclusive across all user clusters, reinforcing institutional trust.
Today, major organizations manage infrastructure and logistics budgets comparable to those of sovereign states, yet they continue to communicate with the narrative impact of a small parish.
My UNIGNORABLE model help organization to build a strategic ecosystem to solve a systemic paradox within the market system.
