Why is STEM education important?
Students focusing on STEM education can do a lot for us in the future, there are many different skill's that anyone educated in STEM have that will have a very helpful impact on our future. Learning these skills and quality's will hep these students grow to be very distinguished individuals.
How can STEM education shape the future?
Some examples are creating new technology to help doctors, it can lead science to discovering new mysteries around the world, or they could engineer life changing things that make our lives easier. There are so many helpful jobs that these students will excel in that will help us in the future. With the new and improving resources created by many smart people that may already educated, or are being educated in STEM, our future is in smart hands.

STEMSOS is a rigorous, interdisciplinary, standards-focused, and engaging STEM teaching approach that is teacher-facilitated, student-centered and directed through sets of project- and inquiry-based (P&IBL) projects. STEMSOS PBL approach is to maintain the focus on standards-based teaching while enriching and extending the learning of students through PBL projects. The goal is to promote not only collaborative skills and student ownership of learning but also to promote student success in state and national standards.
STEMSOS PBL Showcase is designed to promote and share exemplary student work in PBL projects that can serve as valuable learning and teaching tools for students, parents, teachers, and other educators.
