Machine Learning and the Life Cycles of Stars

WorldWide Telescope (WWT) Ambassador

WWT is a fantastic free tool that can be used to teach and explore astronomy concepts. With a broad range of capabilities it is useful for astronomy novices and experts alike. I use WWT to create online “tours” (presentations) about stars and planets. I also use it to teach astronomy concepts in my undergraduate classes. You can view my tours using your web browser or in WWT:

    The Birth of Our Sun

    The Life Cycle of Stars

    Scales of the Universe

    Our Lonely Sun
