Dear STEAM:Innovation Students and Families,

I am in needs of 2 adult chaperones for our upcoming field trip to Six Flags Great America on May 1st.   The purpose of this field trip is for our students to participate in a Rollercoaster Modeling Contest which they will prepare for in April.  The other purpose is to ride some rollercoasters to inform them of the design of their 3D virtual coaster that you will get to try out during our Innovator's Showcase.  Below is the tentative agenda for the day:

I will be splitting up students into 6-7 groups.  As half of us will be doing the circuitry workshop and the other half will be touring the museum.  After a certain time we will switch off the activities.

Dear STEAM:Coding Students and Families,

I am in needs of 6 chaperones for our upcoming field trip to The Tech Interactive on April 24th.   The purpose of this field trip is for students to participate in a workshop around circuitry as it will connect with their culminating project for our upcoming Innovator's Showcase.   The Tech Interactive has a strict 10 students to 1 adult chaperone policy so I will need adults to help out so that this field trip happens. Dear STEAM Families and Students from 3rd Period STEAM Legends,

I am planning a field trip to the Walt Disney Family Museum to engage out student in a storyboarding workshop to learn about how to storyboard a motion picture before production.  The field will take place on September 25th and we will be leaving Hoover Middle School at 9:40 in the morning and getting back to Hoover at 2:30.  On Monday, Sept 15th,  I'll be sending out field trip permission form for families to sign and for teachers sign.  Below is the agenda of the day so that you are aware of what is happening.
