INTERACTIONS WITH LEO & FIRE / EMS
Interactions with Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
Do not shoot / harm EMS. They are here to help.
Shooting EMS may face staff involvement.
Roleplay out your injuries, you would not get CPR and jump up running like a brand new person.
Same with PD taking you to the hospital for treatment, ROLEPLAY it out, have fun with it. Do not be toxic just because you were caught.
Interactions with the Police force
Do not cop Bait
Cop baiting is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to repeatedly driving back and forth in front of an officer to invoke a chase.
There are plenty of ways to legitimately interact with the police, be creative.
Shooting at PD
ATM Robberies and drug sales are considered instant spicy. If PD pulls up with weapons drawn you may draw a weapon and try your luck.
You can shoot from any robbery or vehicle chase. Once you are on foot for 10 Seconds, the police will return fire if fired upon or feel their life is in imminent danger. (If you point a gun at a cop, and get shot, you placed their life in danger).
Do not shoot at police from a vehicle, unless the officers are shooting at you.
This is because it is an unfair advantage to the criminal. They may have more than one person in the vehicle. Also, PD does not have a class 2 weapon they can fire from a vehicle.
DIRTY COPS OR EMS
Anyone attempted to RP as a corrupt public official (WITHOUT OPENING A TICKET AND LETTING US KNOW) will be relieved of their position. IF YOU'RE FOUND DIRTY WITHOUT THE OK FROM GOVERNMENT YOU MAY BE BANNED
Corruption in these positions leaves too much room for power gaming.
Do not impersonate Police or EMS by wearing their uniforms or driving their vehicles. If you are caught, you will face substantial jail time, possibly staff action dependent on the severity.
Providing Identification
If the police ask for YOUR in city ID, this is to ensure the proper person is billed. You must provide your ID to prevent someone wrongfully getting charged. Failure to do so will result in a hefty fine and jail time.
This may also include staff action if deemed necessary.
