POLICE

• If the police have arrived. Give them some RP, negotiate and try to get out of it.

• If they have not arrived by the time you are done, you may leave. Keep in mind the police can look over the crime scene and obtain evidence that may lead to a warrant.

Vehicles in robberies

• You can not use two of the same type of vehicles. Example: two off-road vehicles at big bank, or two super cars at maze bank. 

• Motorcycles

  • Do not use motorcycles on scenes, unless you know a PD motorcycle unit is available.

Hostage Taking / Robbing Players

• Robbing other players

  • There must be legitimate RP behind robbing another player. Do not Camp job sites to rob players or take them hostage.

  • Do not steal legal items such as radios, phones, id's, food or drinks. 

  • DO NOT STEAL FROM EMS! (THIS WILL RESULT IN A BAN)

  • PD Issued items are robable  but you may only take 2 ITEMS.

  • example : a PD glock and Armor, if they have 5 armor you MAY TAKE IT ALL as its 1 item

Hostages

• Keep your hostages genuine. Do not ask your friend to be a hostage for you.

• No one wants to hear "want to go for ice cream"

• Find your hostage and take them by force.

• Hostages are a 2-1 Ratio 1 robs 1 holds control of the hostage (if not controled the hostage may flee)

Criminal Activity with or without hostages.

• You can commit criminal activity without a hostage. However they give you leverage.

• If there are 20+ people in the city, and you commit a robbery. The police may breach, the choice is theirs!

• PEDS and AI DO NOT COUNT AS A HOSTAGE

Outside Eyes / Demands

• Outside eyes may be used on Bank and Heist robberies that allow 2 vehicles. Outside eyes count as 1 vehicle, that leaves your second vehicle on scene.

  • Outside Eyes does not add to the overall number of criminals, it just splits up the criminals.

  • It is recommended to advise the cops of outside eyes. This is not to give them a heads up, this is so they know interference has not occurred.

• You negotiate with police for the safe return of the hostage. During negotiations you may request 2 demands, no matter how many hostages.

Ambushing and Interference

• Ambushing

  • You may NOT set up an ambush for cops. This quickly becomes toxic and we want everyone to enjoy their RP experience.

  • Rival gangs may utilize an ambush if they strategically draw in the rival gang to a "trap" 

• Interference

  • You may not interfere with a scene, if you were not part of the original scene then stay out. This includes driving around the area giving radio callouts of cop locations and shooting positions.
