Criminal Activity Before and After Restart

• DO NOT partake in criminal activity 30 minutes prior to restart. 

  • This is to allow time for other scenes to finish up prior to the restart.

• After a restart, wait 15 minutes prior to beginning criminal activity. 

  • This will allow time for people coming in to prepare

IF THIS RULE IS BROKE IT WILL RESULT IN A 24 HOUR BAN

Red Zones

• Red Zones are considered the immediate vicinity and area surrounding the location. If the Red Zone is within a fence, shooting is permitted within the fenced area. This mean you may not stay outside of the fence shooting in.

• The scene will continue until the last person or group is standing. The winning group can then grab their downed members and carry them outside of the zone. EMS will revive them , then you leave the area. 

• ANYTHING BROUGHT INTO A RED ZONE CAN BE ROBBED

• Red Zones - (Bunker Heist, Yacht Heist est) =  8 Criminals, No count for PD (this is due to contest, its PD vs whoever shows up)

Shooting from Vehicles

• If shooting from a vehicle, you must have proof of a beef or RP before shooting. 

• You can not shoot at police from a vehicle. Unless PD initiated the shooting. Failure to comply will result in staff action.

"beef" RP

• If you have “beef” with another person, you may “interact” over twitter, and when you see each other you can settle it. However this MUST BE MUTUAL. You may not just say to someone “ F*** Y*U” on twitter and then go and drive by them. Be reasonable.

• Beef is not KOS (kill on site) There must be interactions. 

• Max org member for any beef/scene is 7 members, unless at war or verified by both parties.

• Beef with another org must be carried out in colors, if you want to have beef don't be scared to run your colors.

GANG WARS

• Gang wars can happen only if both orgs agree to it. You must have "Beef" prior to moving onto war. IF an org does not want war, and only wants to carry on with other RP in the city, don't push it. 

• Gang wars must be carried out in your colors. YOU MUST WEAR SOMETHING THAT CLEARLY REPRESENTS YOUR ORG.

• After a war event (massive gun fight) Orgs must wait 15 Minutes between Interactions. This allows a downed gang to restock and be ready. This time may not go less than 15 minutes, org leaders may discuss and agree to a longer cooldown.
