Rules and Disciplinary Actions

• Do not poach

  • Do not send server invites or actively attempt to poach players from this community. 

• Special Permissions

  • Submitting a ticket may be granted if you have a scene planned that may involve straying away from the rules. Submit a ticket and propose your ideas, if plausible then staff will help to accommodate.

Staff action will occur if you are found to disregard the discord rules.

Disciplinary Actions

• Warnings

  • First offense involving minor infractions - written warning                  (3 warnings if close to each other will result in a 24-48 hour ban)

  • Warning are marked inactive after 30 days

• Suspensions

  • 24-72 hour ban from the city depending on the frequency and severity of the offense.

• Permanent

  • Reserved for severe offenses or repeat offenders who have proven an inability to follow server rules.

  • These may be appealed if you feel they have wrongfully been issued.

  • Staff may also issue a temporary permanent ban stating your offense and to make a ticket. This is solely to get your attention and to contact staff so it may be handled swiftly. This is not a permanent ban, and will be lifted once you have a discussion with staff.

• Disciplinary history will be taken into account when applying or being considered for staff positions.

• Management and administration may authorize staff members to deviate from the outlined disciplinary actions if the situation requires. 

Disciplinary Action Appeals

• If you have recently been banned and feel you‘ve been given unfair punishment you may make an appeal to our administration by creating a ticket. If the appeal is granted the punishments may be lessened or overturned and removed from the players record. 

• If you have been permanently banned you may submit a ban appeal to the administration for review after 90 days. Players who have been permanently banned from the discord and are eligible to appeal will be unbanned at the time. Given access to the rules and resources and able to submit their appeal. Do not DM staff regarding a friend's bans. If you create a ticket regarding your friends you will be referred to this section of the Rules and Guidelines.

• If you have a friend that is banned from discord. You may open a ticket in their place. You may let staff know who you are opening the ticket for. Staff will discuss removing the discord ban. If the discord ban is lifted the subject will be added to the ticket and allow them to appeal their ban.
