5. Intellectual Property

However, all proprietary tools, methodologies, and non-transferable assets remain our intellectual property.

6. AI Art and Content

For AI-generated content:

• You understand that results may be unpredictable or varied in quality.

• You retain the rights to AI-generated art once final payment is received.

• We do not guarantee exclusivity of AI-generated styles or prompts unless explicitly stated.

7. Revisions and Approvals

Most services include a limited number of revisions, as detailed in the project scope. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. Final approval is your responsibility, and once approved, the work is considered accepted and complete.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued only at our sole discretion in the case of non-delivery or failure to meet agreed specifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, any outstanding payments will become immediately due.
