While looking at the movie through the perspective of chapter 5, we notice a while war is breaking out, the integrity of information privacy is broken down, one good example of this was the sub-miniature tracking device that was used to follow Jango Fett to Geonosis (1:23:15), prior to this, Obi-Wan tried to find information about this planet and found nothing, leading him to believe the files were corrupted or information was taken away witch was vital to the overall process of the hunting down of Jango Fett and finding the clones. Also, this tracking device mirrors Quiin's discussion on surveillance and location privacy, where the use of covert tracking tech is "quasi-government" against these agencies, which would be the Jedi challenging the third-party doctrine, with which is the kegak theory that an individual loses an expectation of privacy when they broadcast their location in public or location through a signal.
As I talked about earlier, the public record of transparency seen on Kamino (1:02:30). Quinn outlines that a fundamental principle of fair information practices is that there should be no personal data recorded, keeping the system whose very existence is a secret(Quinn 232).By keeping the Kamino databases hidden from the Senate, the Jedi order engaged in the Dark data practices that prevented public oversight and informed consent. Additionally, the clones themselves represent a violation of genetic privacy, and the secondary use of their biological data was mined from them and then manipulated for warfare
