The below link is to the USARS (United States of America Roller Sports) site that has all the requirement information for artistic skating competitions sanctioned by USARS.
There are a lot of links on the site linked in the button below, so let me guide you!
📒 C Level Skaters (any age)
→ Open the C Rulebook PDF and locate your age division and events.
📙 Adult Skaters
→ Open the Adult Rulebook PDF and find your age division and events.
📘 Child / Teen Skaters
→ Open the Youth Rulebook PDF and find your age division and events.
💡 Pro Tip: In requirement packets, anything highlighted in red indicates a change from the previous skating season.
Each year, USA Roller Sports determines the figures, loops, dances, and other requirements used for sanctioned artistic skating competitions. They put this into a "requirements" PDF.
👀 Document to look for: YYYY–YYYY Requirements.pdf
(Replace “YYYY” with the current year — for example 2025 or 2026 — when searching.)
🔗 Find it here (unless it is past April 1st for the current season, then see timeline below): Artistic Figure Skating Rules and Information Page
⌚ "Timeline" on the releases of this document (always check out the "Last Updated" date):
Sept 1st - the requirements come out for the skating season
Throughout the season - the document tends to receive minor updates or corrections during the season (so you may see a later “Updated” date on the file)
April 1st - the "April 1 Draw" determines the national elimination and finals requirements and is usually it's own, standalone page on the USARS site witht the most-updated document

All artistic skating competitions our club attends are sanctioned by USARS. In the future, we may consider participating with the American Artistic Roller Skating (AARS) as well.
