Competition builds more than skill... it builds character!
π€ Be respectful to judges, officials, competitors, and teammates at all times.
π£ Cheer for others and support your fellow club members β we compete as individuals, but we represent our club.
π¬ Be coachable and open to feedback (from trusted sources!)
π‘οΈ Protect your mindset and be wise on who's opinion you should take to heart - not everyone deserves your consideration when they give you feedback
Remember: results are feedback, not identity. β₯
Placement does not define your worth.
Scores highlight areas to improve but they could never measure your value (beyond words!)
We win with humility and lose with growth. πͺπ
Leading up to competition:

Full program run-throughs should be happening consistently.
If training attendance drops, event entries may need to be reconsidered.
