Evolution of the Environmental Program Coordinator Position    8-20-2024 Update

This is an ongoing conversation.  There is some interest in creating an Environmental/Civil Engineer Position.  LeRoy is willing to continue working on a part-time basis and is creating a draft job description for that (some of this is outlined in the link above).  A recent handbook prepared by Sam Howard, a Graduate Fellow with the Catalyst Leadership Circle describes a number of approaches to support sustainability goals with part-time, full-time, existing, volunteer, and contract positions.
