S.S. Girls' College, Gondia is one of the best Leading girl's colleges in the Gondia District run by Gondia Education Society, a Pioneer Education Society in Vidharbha. It was established in 1970 by great Philanthropist and Visionary Late Shri Manoharbhaiji Patel, presently the society is patronized by Hon'ble Shri Prafful Patel, a Member of the Rajya Sabha.
Our college is located in the heart of the city with a beautiful campus. Since its inception, the college is flourishing under the vigilant and kind guidance of Hon'ble Shri Praful Patel. The College is blessed with committed teaching staff and Non-Teaching Staff who has been striven hard to involve and intimate innovative approaches to sharing knowledge and expertise in various fields of Higher Education.
We are committed to imparting excellent knowledge and empowering girls for promoting scientific skills and develop intellectual abilities to make them good citizens of India and to lead lives with all wisdom and success.
The College runs Junior College, Under Graduate, and Post Graduate courses. The Junior college has Arts & Science streams. At the UG level, we have Arts, Home Science, and BFD faculty; similarly, we have PG programs in Home Economics, Geography, and Hindi.
