After the earthquake of 2021 devastated the island of Karakura, most notably destroying a powerplant that was located in the agricultural district, a new one was installed in the main region of the island, Karakura city.

Its main purpose was to provide electricity to the island once more in the wake of the disaster, a beacon of light, however soon after its opening and construction, its purpose became much, much darker. 

Mere weeks after being open, the gangs and lowlives of Karakura drew onto the powerplant with haste, overrunning it. Now, the once hopeful building has become anything but, used as a personal hangout for many less-than-respectable individuals.
