The Day that we arrived in Zurich, Switzerland was a holiday for Switzerland so we got to see their unique culture and there celebrations that day. Today we were going to tour Zurich. We walked down the uniquely patterned streets one thing that had amazed me was that each street was carefully patterned each stone was placed in a row and we could fill our water bottles at the water fountains. We walked through Old City(Altstadt) which was a short walk from my aunt and uncle's apartment. We went to one of the lookout it was a small one and we only could look out at some of the streets Fraumunster and the Lake Zurich which had such clear water that you could see the stones underneath.
We hiked back out of Old City(Altstadt) passed the parade and went to Fraumunster Church inside Fraumunster me and my mom gaze at the the giant glass stained windows, they were stunnings paintings of Christ. After we were done staring in awe then we crept down to the museum part of the church and learned the history of Fraumunster. After a quick lunch we took a bus to Lindits Chocolate Factory we passed Lake Zurich again and awed at the view. The brand Lindt's came from switzerland so it was bound to be good, and it was! When we walked into the store it smelled so good I walked around admiring the chocolates while my aunt, mom and uncle shopped. Eventually, we found what chocolates we were going to buy my mom bought champagne chocolates(which are for adults) and a chili dark chocolate my aunt as well gave me a big milk chocolate bar and my mom bought me ice cream so I was pretty happy. Finally, we rushed to the Landmuseum or Swiss National and rushed through the exhibits about world war 2 important artifacts and the mountain exhibit. We rode on the train back to the apartment sitting in the nice top row of the train as the sun set.
