I've really enjoyed my time in WSC, and it certainly has been a rewarding 2 years with the club. I am truly thankful for the many opportunities given to bless and serve the community, as well as the numerous friendships which were forged during my time in the club.
Being part of Ad-hoc Services, through the various events which we conducted and planning, I was able to hone and further develop not just my leadership and organisational skills, but also my management and communication skills. It was an honour to be involved in the organising of Ad-hoc events, such as the SHG Graduation Ceremonies & Story in the Sky, as well as school-wide events, such as GoServe Week. In addition to the Ad-hoc events, the weekly Regular Service programmes at Commonwealth, Redhill and Eunos also gave me further opportunities to serve the community, and to build even more friendships!
It was through all these wonderful experiences and plentiful opportunities, that has made WSC a highlight of my Polytechnic Journey thus far, and it is with much pride, that I call WSC a second home. Without a doubt, I am certainly proud to be a member of this club, and I highly encourage others to join this wonderful club.

Being a member of WSC, has certainly enriched and made my student life more meaningful. Through regular volunteering sessions (RS) with WSC, I garnered a better understanding of the plethora of challenges faced by different individuals in society, such as the various geriatric issues that afflict the elderly, and how we can help said individuals.
Being able to interact with the beneficiaries have also helped me to develop my interpersonal skills and empathy for others. The strong rapport that I have built with my beneficiaries is something that I definitely cherish, and provides me the drive to be present for the regular sessions.
Being in WSC has allowed me to establish strong bonds and friendships with other youths, from other diplomas, who are equally passionate about serving the community, through volunteering. WSC has become a second family to me!
The Ad-hoc services of WSC have also helped me to hone my organisational and leadership skills. Being able to work with other student leaders in the planning of events for the beneficiaries is definitely an exhilarating and rewarding experience!

I thoroughly enjoyed my journey at WSC. It has given me many opportunities to work with my excellent team such as planning for events and allowed me to serve the elderly, kids and other service users. WSC is place that I can truly call my second home.
Being in Ad-Hoc Services of WSC has allowed me to develop and hone many of my personal skills, such as leadership, communication, management and organisational skills. I feel honored to have been able to play a part in organizing events such as SHG Graduation Ceremony, GoServe week, Story In the Sky and other Ad-Hoc projects for the members.
I feel that organising/volunteering in an event has allowed me to make new friends and give back to the society. With that, I am proud to be a WSC member and I encourage others to join the amazing WSC as well.
