How to contact us
For questions about this policy, use only the developer contact details published for Splittr on Google Play. We do not handle refund policy requests by email or social media.
1. Digital-only product
Splittr is software. We do not ship physical goods. There is no return of merchandise and no traditional “send it back” process.
2. No real-money purchases in the App
Splittr does not sell in-app digital items for real money through Product Info Digital. The App does not use Google Play Billing to sell coins, subscriptions, remove-ads packs, or other paid entitlements inside the App.
Recording a settlement in Splittr is a record of a payment between users. Product Info Digital does not process card or bank transfers between users and does not take payment for those settlements.
3. No returns of digital goods (statutory rights reserved)
Because the App is digital software and does not sell paid in-app items, Product Info Digital does not offer returns of goods in the physical sense and does not process cash refunds for in-app item purchases that are not offered.
If you paid Google for something through Google Play in connection with obtaining or using the Android app, refunds of money for Google Play orders are primarily handled by Google under Google Play’s refund policy: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. We cannot force Google to approve or deny a refund.
If mandatory law in your country gives you a right of withdrawal, repair, or replacement for faulty digital content, that law applies in addition to this policy and is not waived where prohibited.
4. All sales final where applicable (subject to Google Play and law)
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
● Product Info Digital does not process your card or bank account for in-app purchases inside Splittr.
● For any payment-level refund related to a Google Play order, use Google Play → Order history or Google Play Help within the time limits Google sets.
The web version of Splittr does not sell real-money items through Product Info Digital.
5. When we do not issue refunds (subject to law)
We do not grant refunds on our own solely because you dislike features or design; because you uninstalled the App; because you changed phones; because you cleared app data or lost local caches; or because your device is incompatible, rooted in a way that breaks the App, or outdated—except where law requires otherwise.
If you breach our Terms & Conditions (fraud, abuse, etc.), we may revoke access as stated there.
6. Expense balances and settlements
Balances, expenses, and settlements in Splittr have no cash value as a Product Info Digital store credit. No refund from Product Info Digital for spent or recorded balances, lost local data after clearing app data, or account termination for cause, except as required by law.
Disputes between users about who owes whom or whether a real-world payment was made are between those users. Product Info Digital does not refund money that users paid each other outside the App.
7. Bank, card, and transaction risk
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Product Info Digital is not liable for:
● Bank fees, FX charges, overdraft fees, or interest from your bank or card issuer.
● Failed, delayed, or reversed payments caused by banks, networks, Google, outages, or wrong payment details you entered with Google or your bank.
● Losses from unauthorized use of your Google account or payment method—secure your device and notify Google and your bank.
We are not liable for bank or payment-network losses tied to Google Play or peer-to-peer payments between users, except where mandatory law says otherwise.
Chargebacks: Disputing charges through your bank without using Google’s process first (where a Google Play charge is involved) may lead to account action under our Terms & Conditions.
8. EU / UK consumers
You may have withdrawal, conformity, or other consumer rights for digital content under EU or UK law. This policy does not take those away. For Product Info Digital requests (not Google’s), use only the developer contact details published for Splittr on Google Play.
9. Relationship to the Terms
If this policy conflicts with the Terms & Conditions, the Terms control except where consumer law requires otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the last updated date at the top will change. Material changes may be noted in the App or on the Google Play listing.
