Spies are Forever is a reference in and of itself to Diamonds are Forever, the seventh Bond film.
The lyric "Spies never die" could be a reference to Tomorrow Never Dies, the eighteenth Bond film.
The lyric "Will you live to see tomorrow or die another day?" is a reference to Die Another Day, the twentieth Bond film.
Tatiana Slozhno (Spies) has a lot of connections to Tatiana Romanova from the film From Russia With Love. Romanova is a Soviet KGB agent who plays the role of a honeypot (an agent who's mission is to get information through seduction). Slozhno is not explicitly shown to be a honeypot but does flirt with Curt in their first meetings. Additionally, many have speculated that Slozhno could be interpreted as a lesbian, parallel to Curt's storyline. In From Russia With Love, Romanova is the target of flirting by one of the main antagonists, Rosa Klebb.
The lyric "Cards, liquor, and pussy galore" is in reference to Bond girl Pussy Galore from Goldfinger. Pussy Galore is another Bond girl with queer themes. In the novels, Pussy Galore runs an all-lesbian organization of burglars. In the film, Pussy Galore is still implied to be a lesbian, but also has a sexual relationship with Bond by the end of the film. This doesn't stem from mutual attraction, however. Bond corners Galore and holds her down to kiss her, which evolves in a corrective rape by Bond that is successful in-universe; although Galore ends the film being attracted to him, there is no mistaking this as a homophobic plot point. Especially when Ian Fleming, author of the Bond novels, has expressed that he is of the opinion that lesbians just need the right man to come along, and Bond is that right man.
Mama Mega refers to Curt's job as a "license to kill" in II.ii, which could be a reference to the Bond film Licence to Kill, though that also has become a common phrase at this point.
Mama Mega also names the model of Curt's gun as the Beretta 950, which was the gun that Bond used in early Bond films. Bond's use of this model got some backlash from fans because the Beretta is a small gun that was seen as a "gun for women".
