Quality of Life

Once built, this huge project will have a permanent impact on our quality of life, for the proposed 'with air rights' buildings will block out sunlight to most of the area between buildings 1 and 2:

• In the most recent architectural renderings available, with air rights, one building will be 22 stories and the other 33 stories!
• What kind of shadow will these proposed buildings cast during different times of day and year?
• How would that affect the use of our gardens and playgrounds?
• The expansive views many of us enjoy are invaluable. Once the new project is built, we can never get those back.
