Architectural Drawings for Humans!

Elisa Testa has put together several architectural drawings that clearly show the difference between Ascend's 'as-of-right' plan (i.e., without our air rights), versus the 'with-air-rights' plan. If you are one of those folks who think "well, they are going to build it anyway", take a look at these!

• Added 6/7/18: Residents in either Building 3 or Building 4: If you can see the Bialystoker,, you definitely need to take a hard look at this flyer to understand the impact on your apartment:
• Shadow Study from the Rainbow Park: This is what the two projects will look like, including their shadows, if you were standing in the Rainbow Park by Grand Street looking at the proposed projects;
• Shadow Study from above the proposed buildings; These shadow studies have less visual noise than Ascend's studies;
• Elevations comparing the heights of the proposed buildings to Seward Park's existing buildings (3 pages):
