When is the race? Sunday 28th January 2024

What time does it start? At 11:00 AM

What time can I arrive from? From 09:30 AM

How far is it? Measured 10km

How will it be timed? We have our own chip timing

Will there be a water station? There will be water at approx. half way and at the finish

Which side of the road shall I run on? The left when possible, always follow marshal instructions. The route will be run clockwise.

Will it be marked? Numbered markers every km from 1-9

Where does it start and finish? There is a map of the course on The Race - the course page

Where should I park? Fields and/or hard-standing that will be well signed and marshalled.

How much does it cost to enter? £13 affiliated, £15 unaffiliated

Where can I enter? Via Fabian4 when applications open

How hilly is it? It's very flat.

When can I see the results? Directly after the race in the HQ, and will be published online here. The results will be added to Run Britain and Po10

Can I wear headphones? NO. Anyone seen doing so will be DQ'd and blacklisted. This is for your safety

What are the prizes? Prizes will be all  by bank transfer. Please see 'Prizes' page for more details.
