[When am I allowed to inject into the 404 zone?]
As a SPEAR enforcer, you are permitted to enter the 404 zone if one of the following is met:
You have a visual of a viscon or a civilian in the 404 zone. (Includes a report from a protection unit of a possible viscon in the 404 zone or any audible contact.)
There is a recent BSL (Bio Signal Loss) in the 404 zone.
When protocols DELTA or OMEGA are active.
When a City Lockdown or a higher sociostatus is active.
[When am I allowed to use my viscerator?]
As a SPEAR enforcer, you are permitted to use your viscerator under one of the following circumstances
When sociostatus of Judgement Waiver or above is active.
When P-OMEGA is active.
When you are inside of the 404 zone.
Authorization from a SPEAR Elite Protection Unit (only during roleplay events) or above.
Note: Usage of the viscerator on the rooftops is permitted. However, the viscerator should be supervised at all times to avoid unauthorized homicide.
[What are my standard duties during ALPHA protocol?]
Investigate bio-signal losses (BSL)
Secure critical regions of the City (Playground, P-15)
If not engaged in active combat, SPEAR Enforcers are expected to enforce Civilian Regulations
[When am I allowed on rooftops?]
Judgement Waiver or higher sociostatus.
Authorization from SPEAR High Command.
During protocol OMEGA.
Visual of viscon or a recent BSL on the rooftops.
[I have attended an event, but I still have zero points in the database.]
Upon the completion of the event, the host will log the event. Prior to receiving your points, the logged event must be approved and the points must be added by a Field Officer or above. This procedure may last several days and will be completed by Monday 00:00 Eastern Standard Time.

No, you may freely enter this section of rooftops.
