All conference activities will be held at the brand new, multi-million dollar Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (JSMBS) facility in downtown Buffalo. It boasts state-of-the-art facilities and easy access to a major attraction of Buffalo, the newly revitalized "Canalside", where visitors can enjoy boating, waterfront dining, and also it is within a walking distance or short-driving to Allentown and Elmwood Village.

The Gala dinner will be held at the historic building of Marcy Casino, which is situated in Olmsted’s magnificent Delaware Park, just off Lincoln Parkway. In summer, the boathouse vibe exudes a casual, natural elegance, with exposed stone walls, and the surrounding ambiance of ‘The Park’. It features an indoor-outdoor experience, with a spectacular view overlooking Hoyt Lake, Albright Knox Art Gallery, and The Buffalo History Museum.
