The discounted room rates will be $102 (king or two double beds) at Wyndham Garden Buffalo Downtown during the conference period between July 6th 2020 and July 10th 2020. Our room block will be held until Friday, June 5, 2020, or until the block has been filled, whichever comes first. Please contact the conference organizers in case you need group block codes.
In case the blocked room is already filled, a range of hotel options can be found from the websites, including Booking.com or Hotels.com. For example, the hotels within 10-minute walk to conference venue include:
Hotels in central downtown with convenient travel to the conference venue by taking the metro (outbound to university, ~10 min), get off at Allen-Medical Campus Station: The Westin, Curtiss Hotel, Embassy Suites, The Hilton Garden Inn, Hyatt Regency, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, etc. Hotels in waterfront area (train to conference venue, ~15 min) are also good choice as guests are just steps away from terrific views of Erie Lake and 15 min to conference venue by taking the metro: Marriott Harbor center, Buffalo Grand Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott.
