There are three ways Spark Curiosity works.
Broadly – this is an introductory level of approach to a larger group, information is shared and general education around specific themes is covered.
Deeply – this is in smaller groups or teams where there are specific issues or conversations needed. It is exploratory and is the most popular way to engage groups of individual to commit to a piece of work and strengthen capacity and actions.
Intensely – this is focussed on leadership approaches to manage challenges in relationships, service changes and or conflict. Requires commitment and time to engage in process work.
