Participants may experience a shift in their attitudes and insights. Their sense of what is possible in the lives of vulnerable people and how they might be most relevant and potent in their support will be expanded.
Participants will identify the limitations of a deficit-focused approach to services and the gaps in systems.
Participants can include members of a workforce who are providing services to vulnerable people, older people, people who experience loss or impairment in an ability and their advocate or carer.
